Position Overview:
They are looking for a passionate, patient-focused Audiologist to join their expanding team in Adrian, MI.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys the full patient journey and thrives in a hearing aid-focused practice where counseling and outcomes are just as important as diagnostics.
The ideal candidate is:
- Enjoys providing hearing aid counseling, recommendations, and dispensing.
- Values building long-term patient relationships
- Is comfortable working across a broad clinical scope, including cochlear implants (CI).

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations for adult and pediatric patients
- Recommend, fit, and dispense hearing aids using best-practice protocols
- Provide cochlear implant (CI) support, including evaluations and follow-up care
- Deliver patient-centered counseling and education on hearing loss and treatment options
- Manage ongoing care, including adjustments, troubleshooting, and long-term follow-up
- Provide custom hearing protection and earplug fittings
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical best practices
- Collaborate with team members across locations to ensure a seamless patient experience

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.)
- Active or eligible Michigan audiology license
- Strong diagnostic, counseling, and hearing aid dispensing skills
- Interest or experience in cochlear implants preferred
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes
