Job Type: Part-Time- Night Shift, Full-time Night Shift

Position Summary

As a CNA in our Skilled Nursing Facility, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. You’ll assist with daily living activities and help maintain a safe, respectful, and dignified environment.


Responsibilities

  • Provide direct resident care within CNA scope and training.
  • Observe and report changes in resident condition to the charge nurse.
  • Support residents’ rights and respond to their needs with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain a clean, safe environment and equipment.
  • Document care using electronic health records.
  • Attend required in-service trainings and meetings.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented atmosphere with residents, families, and staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
  • Active CNA certification in the State of Wyoming.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation.
