Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Skilled Nursing Facility
Location: Afton, Wyoming
Job Type: Part-Time- Night Shift, Full-time Night Shift

Position Summary
As a CNA in our Skilled Nursing Facility, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. You’ll assist with daily living activities and help maintain a safe, respectful, and dignified environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care within CNA scope and training.
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to the charge nurse.
- Support residents’ rights and respond to their needs with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and equipment.
- Document care using electronic health records.
- Attend required in-service trainings and meetings.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented atmosphere with residents, families, and staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
- Active CNA certification in the State of Wyoming.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills for documentation.
