Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with field technicians
- Schedule service estimates and explain offerings to customers
- Maintain accurate customer records and logs
- Follow up on service calls and ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle basic administrative tasks
Compensation:
Base pay plus commission, with expected earnings between $40,000–$65,000 annually depending on performance. Uncapped earning potential.
