WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Draft and format documents with accuracy and polish
  • Handle heavy phone interaction with confidence and professionalism
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and callers
  • Learn the legal process in a hands-on, real-world way

WHO YOU ARE

• Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking on the phone
  • Strong communicator with great follow-through
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
  • Professional, reliable, and eager to learn quickly
  • No legal experience required, we’ll train the right person

PAY & DETAILS

• $20 – $29 per hour, depending on experience and skill
• 401(k) with match after one year
