Your Opportunity: Label Works, a division ofTaylor Corporation, is seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to join our team in North Mankato-MN! This individual will be responsible for accurately entering and processing customers orders in our system.
Work Authorization:Â

Your Responsibilities:
Review and interpret customer order information to ensure all required items are present for production
Respond to internal questions from manufacturing and customer service regarding specific orders
Determine the correct system for order entry and enter orders accurately
Tear down and or sort orders to prepare for entry
Maintain attendance according to facility guidelines
Work constructively with co-workers, supervisors, vendors, and others while performing daily responsibilities
Your Shift:
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
You Must Have:
Ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and consistency while managing detailed work
Ability to maintain focus and productivity in a changing environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
Basic computer operation skills
Accurate typing ability of 40 WPM or more
Ability to communicate professionally with fellow employees
Ability to read, interpret, and follow written instructions such as work orders, safety regulations, and operating procedures
Ability to perform basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
Requirements Within This Position:
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information so others will understand
Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
Constantly operates machinery and handles products, including printed materials
Frequently required to move throughout the facility
Regularly lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25+ pounds
We Would Also Prefer:
High school diploma or equivalent
The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $16 - 17. The actual base offered depends on several factors, including qualifications, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and location. The listed rate is one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package.
