Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a designer to support project and facilities engineering.聽 Specifically, we need candidates that can perform the following functions:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support design efforts of modifications on existing facilities.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist in the design and construction of infrastructure projects
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Work with a team of multi-engineers in support of facility design and/or improvements
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform structural and mechanical designs using microstation
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Will be design room layouts in 2-D drawings that could include some anchoring design
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Be able to perform walkdowns as needed
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 DOE experience preferred, but not required
Ideal candidates will have structural and mechanical drafting or design background.聽 Will be producing drawings in microstation of facility retrofits and redesigns of existing facilities.聽 Familiarity with Autocad also beneficial.
Qualifications
A.S. degree in engineering technology or similar degree preferred, and at least 5 years of professional design experience
Experienced in Microstation
Must be a U.S. citizen
