The Savannah River National Laboratory (SRNL) is seeking a Lead Subcontractor Technical Representative (STR) to provide expert technical oversight of construction subcontractors supporting mission-critical infrastructure, laboratory facilities, and capital improvement projects.

This position serves as the Laboratory’s on-site technical authority responsible for ensuring construction subcontractors execute work safely, compliantly, on schedule, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality. The Senior STR acts as the primary technical interface between Laboratory project management, construction management, safety organizations, engineering authorities, and subcontractor field leadership.

This role requires deep knowledge of federal construction oversight, DOE orders, and complex facility environments including commercial, nuclear, radiological, high-hazard, or mission-critical infrastructure.
