A family in Aiken, South Carolina is seeking a full-time Nanny/Household Manager to care for their preschool-aged son and infant son. They are looking for a warm, nurturing, reliable, and proactive nanny who is highly engaging, patient, and able to provide loving structure and support as the children grow and develop.
Responsibilities include planning age-appropriate activities, supporting developmental milestones, creating sensory and educational experiences, taking the children on outings, assisting with school pick-up, preparing children's meals, maintaining nap and feeding routines, and providing attentive, hands-on care.
Household duties include family laundry, meal prep and cooking, unloading the dishwasher, organizing children's spaces and clothing, maintaining diaper stations, monitoring household supplies, light tidying, and occasional errands.
The ideal candidate is positive, dependable, communicative, and able to set appropriate boundaries while remaining fun and nurturing. The family values kindness, respect, open communication, and a caregiver who can take initiative and help the household run smoothly.
