Warehouse Associate

Overview

Mr. Central Heating Cooling Electrical Plumbing is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the daily operations of our warehouse and ensure technicians have the parts, equipment, and materials needed to successfully complete jobs. This role requires a dependable team player who can maintain organization, uphold safety standards, and contribute to overall operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Pull, pack, and stage materials and equipment for technician pickup and deliveries• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments accurately• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards• Assist technicians by loading and unloading trucks and locating needed parts• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)• Perform routine inventory counts and update materials in inventory systems• Support overall warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy

What You Need:

• Prior warehouse experience preferred, ideally in HVAC, plumbing, or similar industry• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials (50+ lbs regularly)• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills• Basic knowledge of trade parts and equipment is a plus• Must be 21 or older• Authorized to work in the US• A valid US Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record• Ability to pass background and drug test• Familiarity with inventory systems, RF scanners, or basic computer skills preferred• Good communication and teamwork skills
