What You'll Do

Slot Technicians are responsible for the overall repair and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical player terminals.

What You'll Bring

  • Practices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision and Values of Casino.
  • Responsible for the repair, overhaul, and proper preventative maintenance of all player terminals to ensure optimal operation.
  • The slot tech must be proactive and identify problems & solutions follow up with the Slot Tech Supervisor.
  • Will assist in moving and installing gaming devices as needed.
  • Responsible for the breakdown, relocation, and re set-up of machines and stands to be relocated.
  • Held accountable, to a high degree, for maintaining accurate and thorough departmental records and reports.
  • Must learn and ensure policies and procedures are being followed per the departments’ Internal Controls.
  • Perform other tasks assigned.

Regulatory & Compliance Responsibilities

  • Six (6) months experience working as a Slot Technician, or other related electronics or IT experience.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Strong guest service and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to Multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise, smoke, and temperature levels

 

Gaming License Required? Ability to secure and maintain STATE OR TRIBAL Gaming License.
