This role is execution-focused and process-driven, requiring demonstrated experience working within an Applicant Tracking System, independently managing a high volume of open requisitions, and moving applicants through a structured, complex, and regulated hiring process from start to finish by:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to maintain hiring momentum while ensuring process consistency and compliance
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for applicants, responding professionally via phone, email, and in person

Selection Process

As part of the applicant review process, candidates advancing to the in-person interview will be asked to complete a brief, job-related skills assessment. This helps ensure alignment with the role and allows the in-person interview to be as focused and meaningful as possible.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through
