About the Role:
Provides comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department, contributing to the success of key HR initiatives and programs. Responsibilities include assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process for both Riverwood employees and contract staff, maintaining accurate employee records, and coordinating various short-term projects for the HR team.
Provides exceptional customer service to all.
What we are looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in business administration; direct Human Resources experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and employment laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with HR information systems, preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with employees and management.
