About the Position:

Big Stone Therapies is seeking a dedicated and experienced Rehab Manager to lead and support our therapy services at Vitality Living in Aitkin, MN. This unique dual-role position combines clinical practice with operational leadership, making it ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in both patient care and administrative oversight.


Job Title: Rehab Manager

Job Location: Aitkin, MN

Job Classification: Dual Role – Rehab Manager & Practicing Therapist/Therapist Assistant

Schedule: This position will be performed alongside the daily responsibilities of a practicing Therapist or Therapist Assistant at the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the operational success of all service lines
  • Provide direct leadership and support to clinical teams
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and healthcare regulations
  • Collaborate with internal departments to maintain high-quality patient care
  • Facilitate strategic planning and execution of clinic initiatives

Requirements

  • Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Therapy or Therapy Assistant program. They must have, or be eligible for, licensing in Minnesota.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a healthcare setting
  • Strong understanding of clinical operations across multiple service lines (LTC, Home Health, Inpatient, Outpatient)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in person
