We are seeking a dedicated Production Assistant to support daily warehouse and production activities while ensuring accuracy, organization, and smooth workflow operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, structured processes, and contributing directly to the efficiency of the production line. You will work closely with supervisors and team members to maintain quality and productivity standards.
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating daily production tasks to ensure schedules and quality standards are met.
Organize materials, prepare equipment, and support workflow alignment throughout the production area.
Monitor product movement and maintain accurate documentation across assigned tasks.
Support inventory control, labeling, packaging, and preparation of outgoing materials.
Work collaboratively with production leads to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Identify basic issues or delays and communicate promptly to supervisors.
Ensure all work areas remain clean, compliant, and well-organized.
