About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Farmer Boy Restaurant in Cuyahoga Falls, where we pride ourselves on serving delicious breakfast lunch and dinner dishes. As a Line Cook with breakfast,lunch and dinner experience, you'll play a key role in creating memorable meals that keep our customers coming back for more.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook items to perfection, ensuring high quality and presentation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow during peak hours.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean working environment.
- Assist in menu planning and development with recipes.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Train and mentor new kitchen staff on preparation techniques.
- Adapt to changing demands and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook, preferably with a focus on breakfast items.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts and weekends.
