CDL-A Regional Driver

Position Overview

This regional CDL A driving position is built around dispatch reliability and consistent freight continuity throughout the Midwest. Drivers run established regional lanes supported by organized load planning and dependable customer freight. The goal is to keep trucks moving with fewer unexpected schedule changes while providing drivers with steady weekly miles and predictable home time.

Freight & Schedule

Drivers haul a combination of no-touch dry van and refrigerated freight through established regional lanes. Most loads are drop-and-hook, helping reduce delays and improve efficiency, while some live loads are required depending on the customer. Freight remains active throughout the year, allowing drivers to maintain a consistent work schedule and dependable mileage.

Drivers are home every week for a reset. Dispatch plans freight in advance whenever possible, helping drivers stay on schedule and reducing downtime between loads.

Equipment

Drivers operate newer sleeper tractors equipped with automatic transmissions and modern safety features. Equipment is maintained through a preventative maintenance program to improve reliability and keep trucks on the road. Dry van and refrigerated trailers are well maintained to support continuous regional freight operations.

Pay & Benefits

Drivers typically earn between $1,300 and $1,700 per week based on miles and experience. Weekly direct deposit is provided, and detention pay is available when applicable. Consistent freight helps support reliable weekly earnings throughout the year.

Experience Requirements

Applicants must hold a valid Class A CDL and have recent tractor-trailer experience. Drivers must meet one of the following experience requirements:

• 3 months in the last 6 months
• 6 months in the last 12 months
• 12 months in the last 2 years
• 18 months in the last 3 years
