What You'll Do

Deliver outstanding customer service with positive energy
Prepare fresh food and handcrafted smoothies
Take orders and operate the register
Keep the café clean, stocked, and organized

Requirements

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Legally able to work within the State and Federal guidelines.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
Bending, lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice or taking out trash.
Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers. Safely navigate in a fast-paced café environment. To keep our cashiers as safe as possible, we've installed clear plastic barriers, and provided masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer.
Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Most shifts are between four and eight hours, but this may vary.
Crew Members can expect to have some early mornings, late evenings, weekend and/or holiday hours.
Comply with the Tropical Smoothie Café uniform and personal hygiene polices for each shift.
Fun, fast-paced, upbeat environment with NO FRYERS.
