Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with policy inquiries and coverage options to ensure their needs are met.
- Handle customer claims efficiently and empathetically, guiding them through the process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Provide timely follow-ups on customer requests and outstanding issues.
- Educate clients on insurance products and services to enhance their understanding.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Stay updated on industry trends and policy changes to provide informed assistance.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or insurance preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Possess a positive attitude and a commitment to exceptional service.
- Insurance license is preferred but not required; we will assist with obtaining it.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- P&C license will be required to advance within agency.
