About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Allstate Insurance Agency - Scott Tatro in Akron, OH, as a Customer Service Specialist! This exciting position offers you the opportunity to make a positive impact on our clients' lives by providing exceptional service and support. Additional Income includes commission opportunities! Responsibilities:

Assist clients with policy inquiries and coverage options to ensure their needs are met.
Handle customer claims efficiently and empathetically, guiding them through the process.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Provide timely follow-ups on customer requests and outstanding issues.
Educate clients on insurance products and services to enhance their understanding.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Stay updated on industry trends and policy changes to provide informed assistance.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or insurance preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Possess a positive attitude and a commitment to exceptional service.
Insurance license is preferred but not required; we will assist with obtaining it.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
P&C license will be required to advance within agency.
