This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans that align with company goals, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven track record in sales management, team development, and performance optimization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational sales targets and expand market presence. Oversee daily operations of the sales department, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and high performance. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs and delivering value-driven solutions. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior leadership, offering actionable insights. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales initiatives and broader marketing strategies. Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching, training, and professional development opportunities. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards across all sales activities.
