Call ratio: 1 week per month, 24/7 for 7 consecutive days
20 clinic patients per day
Level 1 trauma center
Patients initially seen by APPs, reviewed with neurosurgeon
EVD placement, craniotomies, spine trauma surgery required
On-call coverage for transfer requests and phone consults
5-10 surgeries per month
Combined cranial and spine call coverage
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
