What You’ll Be Doing:Â
As a Maintenance Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing work orders, coordinating special projects, and ensuring the timely completion of maintenance tasks at our community. You’ll also assist with vendor coordination and collaborate with leadership to improve property operations.Â
Compensation and IncentivesÂ
Excellent Base Pay : $29.00 - $ 30.00/hour
20% Rent DiscountÂ
Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)Â

Your Essential Responsibilities:Â
Inventory & Vendor CoordinationÂ
Assist with scheduling contractors for capital projects and obtaining quotesÂ
Capital Project AssistanceÂ
Schedule and track special projects and make-readiesÂ
Assist with inspections, including fire and DCA tours, and property curb appeal initiativesÂ
What We’ll Expect from You:Â
2-5 years of related experience or trainingÂ
Customer service and coordination experienceÂ
Proficiency in software applications, smartphones, and reporting toolsÂ
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skillsÂ
Strong attention to detail and time management skillsÂ
