We’re seeking a Make Ready Project Manager to lead the coordination and execution of apartment turns—ensuring vacant apartment homes are ready on time, on budget, and to our quality standards. This is a high-impact role supporting a large community and partnering closely with leadership to keep operations running efficiently.

What You’ll DoÂ
- Oversee the full make-ready process for vacant apartment homes across assigned propertiesÂ
- Conduct pre–move-out and post-completion inspections to ensure quality and readinessÂ
- Create and manage production schedules to meet aggressive turn timelinesÂ
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, and on-site teams to execute make-ready workÂ
- Identify and outline additional work needed to bring units to standardÂ
- Track and update unit availability to support leasing effortsÂ
- Partner with on site and regional leadership to communicate status, priorities, and challengesÂ
- Maintain accurate records, reporting, and compliance with company policiesÂ

What We’re Looking ForÂ
- Experience working with vendors, service teams, or project coordinationÂ
- Experience in property management or multifamily operations preferredÂ
- Familiarity with make-ready/turn processes, sequencing, and quality standards preferredÂ
