Position: Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)

School Year: 2026–2027
Schedule: Monday–Friday | School Hours

Key Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Assist students in developing fine motor, sensory, self-care, and functional skills
Implement individualized treatment plans and therapy activities
Document student progress and maintain accurate therapy records
Collaborate with teachers, families, and the multidisciplinary team

Requirements

Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Active Ohio Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) License
NBCOT Certification (COTA)
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
