SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Overall Project Manager to support an opportunity at WPAFB, OH.   Position Overview Section The Overall Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact with the Government and provides leadership and oversight for all contract activities. The Project Manager ensures successful execution of the PWS by managing personnel, subcontractors, resources, risks, and deliverables across the full scope of the program. Essential Job Functions Minimum 10 years of progressive experience, with at least 5 years in a senior project management role leading complex projects of similar size, scope, and complexity. Demonstrated experience managing large government contracts (i.e., >$10M) of similar size, scope, and complexity including - Experience managing projects with multiple labor categories, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Experience in risk management, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks. Experience in change management processes and implementing effective change control. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable. QualificationsMinimum Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or Business Administration; PMP certification highly desirable.
