General Description: Manage the full project lifecycle from project order to post-SOP closure. Ensure project delivery in terms of timing, cost, and quality. Develop, maintain, and update project plans and reports. Lead communication with customers, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. Coordinate and lead cross-functional (matrix) project teams. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks in accordance with RA procedures and RAMP guidelines. Track open points and ensure timely resolution. Lead customer meetings, including critical discussions and negotiations. Drive project optimization through change management. Capture and apply lessons learned. Ensure successful project handover to plant operations. QualificationsWork Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience) 5+ years of experience in a similar Project Management role. Experience in the automotive industry, preferably working with OEM customers. Strong background in injection molding processes and plastic materials. Proven experience leading cross-functional or matrix teams. Experience in customer interaction, negotiation, and stakeholder management. Solid understanding of budget control and financial aspects of projects. Experience in production/manufacturing environments. Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills. Strong logical thinking with creative problem-solving ability. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively lead teams. Ability to quickly understand and learn technical project-related aspects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
