Job Description

Summary:

The Sales Enablement Administrator & Project Manager works under minimal guidance, providing administration, execution, communications, and oversight for key events and project rollouts. Works in accordance with HBI project methodology, to provide leadership that promotes and supports the development, implementation and completion of small to medium size projects. These projects are typically characterized as having low to medium visibility and risk and involve one or more business lines and impact one or more software applications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Works with business unit manager(s), as well as internal stakeholders and external partners to support the project scope, deliverables, budget and schedule.  
  • According to the direction of their manager, supports the Sales Enablement team's assigned business segment goals by providing administration, execution, and communications for key projects and programs.
  • Supports the project team and manages on an on-going basis to identify risks, implement changes, monitor and communicate progress.
  • Ensure processes and partners are managed effectively and kept informed of all related issues.
  • Provide administrative oversight, managing multiple team and project calendars to support execution, as well as managing and updating SharePoint sites. 
  • Ensures project deliverables meet customer needs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of Project management or administrative experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management certification from an accredited institution
  • Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to SharePoint, Microsoft Project, MS Excel, etc.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to create and analyze data to draw appropriate conclusions
  • Able to deal with ambiguity and navigate through complex situations
