Job DetailsJob Location: Akron Freightliner - Akron, OH 44306Salary Range: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 Base+Commission/monthJob Purpose: - The Commercial Account Manager for Valley Freightliner is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and effectively promoting the company's products and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of market trends to meet and exceed sales targets. This role comes with a base salary and uncapped commission.   Our Account Managers are making an average of $150,000 to $250,000 per year.   Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives. - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and research. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. - Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. - Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers. - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges. - Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management. - Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote the company and its offerings. - Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, products, and services to maintain a competitive edge. Required Experience: - Experience with Heavy Truck Sales with brands such as Freightliner, Kenworth and Peterbilt.   - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
