About the Role

As a Travel Experience Advisor, you'll work directly with clients to understand their travel goals, research vacation options, coordinate reservations, and provide personalized guidance from planning through departure. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who thrive on delivering exceptional service while working independently in a flexible remote environment.

What You Will Be Doing

Consult with clients to understand their vacation interests, travel priorities, preferred dates, and budget
Research destinations, resorts, hotels, cruises, guided tours, transportation, and vacation packages
Present personalized travel solutions based on each client's unique preferences
Coordinate bookings for accommodations, transportation, excursions, and other travel services through approved supplier systems
Prepare travel itineraries, confirmations, documentation, and departure information
Assist clients with reservation updates, itinerary changes, and special travel requests
Review reservations to help ensure travel details are complete and accurate
Provide timely communication before departure by answering questions and sharing important travel updates
Maintain accurate client records, booking information, and communication history using company platforms
Build strong relationships with preferred travel suppliers to deliver exceptional travel experiences
Participate in ongoing destination education, supplier training, and professional development opportunities
