This is an exciting opportunity to work in a premier private club environment, helping golfers, tennis players, and active members feel their best through therapeutic massage and recovery-focused care. What You'll Do As a Massage Therapist at Round Hill Country Club, you will: Provide professional massage services utilizing techniques including Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Trigger Point Therapy. Apply your knowledge of kinesiology, body mechanics, and sports-related muscle function, particularly as it relates to golf and tennis. Conduct client consultations to understand current pain, tension, goals, and relevant health history. Recommend and explain appropriate massage techniques based on each client's needs and desired outcomes. Manage massage appointments and scheduling while accommodating member requests whenever possible. Complete payroll documentation to accurately report commissions. Process member billing through club charge systems and billing chits. Maintain a welcoming, professional, and positive environment for members and guests. Uphold and enforce all Club policies and service standards. Promote teamwork, enthusiasm, and exceptional member service throughout the Club. Perform additional duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Certified and licensed Massage Therapist in the State of California. Strong knowledge of Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Trigger Point massage techniques. Understanding of kinesiology and muscle movement, especially for golfers and tennis players. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and develop strong relationships with members. Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. Flexible schedule with the ability to adapt to member demand. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: CAMTC certification- from a CAMTC approved Massage therapy school in California with a program length of 500 hours or more. A minimum of 100 of the 500 hours must be in anatomy and physiology, contraindications, health and hygiene, and business and ethics. Certification must be renewed every 2 years. 2 years’ work experience (above schooling hours) as a Massage Therapist. Strong organizational skills Professional presentation, good verbal and written skills. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:  Current CAMTC certification as a Massage Therapist Adult CPR certification.  OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Exceptional customer service skills. Actively participate in continuing education programs, seminars and conferences that relate to the Massage Therapy / Health and Wellness Industry. Stay up to date on industry developments and trends in the massage therapy profession.
