Available Shits:

2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 11:30pm (1)

3rd Shift: 11:00pm – 7:30am (1)

Weekends am: 5:00am – 5:30pm (Friday – Sunday) (1)

Weekends pm: 5:00pm – 5:30am (Friday – Sunday) (1)

The opportunity

Join the Quality team at our Alamo, TN facility, supporting precision machining operations and condenser bushing assembly. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring dimensional accuracy and product integrity in a high‑tolerance manufacturing environment. You’ll work hands-on with advanced measurement systems and collaborate closely with Engineering and Operations to maintain stringent quality standards. This position offers the opportunity to influence process control, drive continuous improvement on the shop floor.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Perform daily audits (Process, Product, System) for production areas.
  • Operate precision measurement tools and metrology equipment.
  • Interpret drawings, blueprints containing GD&T tolerancing.
  • Produce accurate dimensional reports.
  • Support Engineering with investigations and disposition.
  • Communicate inspection findings to cross‑functional teams.
  • Promote safety, integrity, and quality.

Your background

  • High School diploma, associate degree, or equivalent technical experience.
  • 5+ years in manufacturing or quality related fields.
  • GD&T knowledge per ASME Y14.5.
  • Skilled with micrometers, calipers, height gages, and indicators.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Familiar with SAP.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of CNCs and Machining processes.
