  • Champion a zero-incident safety culture and promote environmental responsibility across operations

  • Plan, prioritize, and allocate resources to achieve production targets efficiently

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years, associate degree with 4+ years, or high school diploma/GED with 8+ years of manufacturing experience

  • Experience in industrial manufacturing environments with lean and Six Sigma exposure

  • Strong understanding of production planning and team accountability practices

  • Familiarity with material planning and cross-functional collaboration

  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)

  • Effective communication skills and experience with workforce/timekeeping systems
