Mental Health Therapist - Mobile Crisis Response Team

POSITION SUMMARY: This is a professional position that provides immediate, on-site behavioral health crisis intervention services to individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, and emotional distress crises in the community. Working within a collaborative team, the therapist will assess needs, provide support, determine appropriate interventions including de-escalation, safety planning and referral to additional services. This role requires the therapist to be mobile, responding to calls across a variety of community settings.  Employee must reside in the county where Mobile Crisis Response Team services are provided.
