We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable professional to join our office staff and be the welcoming face of our clinic. The Office Staff is the first point of contact for patients and visitors and plays a vital role in ensuring a positive experience. This position is responsible for managing front desk operations including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, and assisting with administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and customer service-oriented, with a strong ability to multitask in a busy clinical setting. Duties and Responsibilities: Greet all patients and visitors cheerfully. Answer telephone, triage calls, and maintain records of exam. Schedule appointments and referrals to other providers. Register patients, help with the completion of necessary forms, and direct to the appropriate staff person, if needed. Complete encounter form upon arrival and checking (electronic and/or paper). Assist Physician, Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Assistants, and Office Manager as requested. Maintain neat, clean, and professional work area. Maintain established department policies. Assist in care and maintenance of department equipment and supplies. Other duties as assigned. QualificationsEducation/Experience: High School Diploma/GED Experience preferred Skills necessary: keyboarding, oral and written communication Schedule Requirements: Full-time position, 5 days per week, 100% clinic-based, in person work required. Work schedules are set at the discretion of CFMC and may be adjusted at any time based on the operational needs of the organization.
