Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying needs, and developing solutions to drive our strategic goals forward. Your key duties will include:

Gathering, analysing, and documenting business and functional requirements from various stakeholders.
Translating business needs into detailed specifications for our development and data science teams.
Conducting in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to user behaviour and health outcomes.
Creating process models, wireframes, and diagrams to provide direction to developers and project teams.
Facilitating meetings and workshops to elicit and validate requirements.
Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and designers to ensure a shared understanding of project goals.
Supporting the testing and implementation of new systems and features, ensuring they meet the required standards and business objectives.
Evaluating business processes and identifying opportunities for optimisation and improvement.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a combination of technical expertise and excellent communication skills. The following qualifications are essential:

Proven experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with an ability to interpret complex business needs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrable experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Microsoft Excel.
Experience with business process modelling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent professional experience will be considered.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies would be a significant advantage.
An interest in healthcare, wellness, or behavioural science is highly desirable.
