Your Role

As HVAC Install Manager, you’ll oversee daily installation operations while leading and developing your team. You’ll be responsible for:

Scheduling crews and managing installation projects
Coaching, training, and developing technicians
Ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and code compliance
Monitoring department performance and KPIs
Conducting job site visits
Coordinating with sales, warehouse, and service teams
Ensuring crews have the tools and materials they need
Resolving customer concerns professionally
Improving efficiency, productivity, and profitability

Experience We’re Looking For

5+ years of HVAC installation experience
Previous proven leadership and/or management experience preferred
EPA Certification required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong knowledge of residential HVAC installation and applicable codes
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

Your Typical Schedule

Monday–Friday: Full-time schedule based on department and project needs
