About the Role
The HVACĀ TechnicianĀ is a certified, highly skilled professional responsible for complex troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance, across all Mennonite Village facilities. This role requires Oregon HVAC certification.
What You'll Do
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC systems
- Serve as a subject matter expert in HVAC and support complex system repairs and installations
- Complete and document work orders, preventive maintenance tasks, and inspections accurately in the CMMS
- Deliver courteous, professional, and compassionate service to residents, staff, and leadership

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- HVAC certification required
- Three (3) years of commercial HVAC maintenance and repair experience required
- Minimum of five (5) years of building maintenance experience construction trades, or related field preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Valid Oregon driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and control systems preferred.

Pay & Benefits
Pay range:Ā $32.00 to $42.00 per hour depending on experience
