We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join our team. You will support our mission by ensuring high-quality execution of daily tasks, maintaining accuracy, and fostering a collaborative environment focused on patient care and continuous improvement.

The Basics

Job Type: Full Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.  Shift patterns may change in the future as the site continues to grow.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Prepare, fill, inspect, and package sterile veterinary medications in a cleanroom environment.
  • Follow SOPs and batch records to ensure product quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain detailed production documentation and traceability records.
  • Monitor equipment and report issues to prevent downtime or product defects.
  • Keep workspaces organized and aseptic, adhering to 5S and cleanroom standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ year experience in manufacturing, sterile production, or cleanroom environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of cGMP, regulated production environments, or sterile manufacturing processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and commitment to team success.
