About the Role:

Jetty Extracts is looking for a Night Shift Floater to support our team at our Production Facility in Albany, NY. The ideal candidate for a Night Shift Floater role in the cannabis industry will have hands-on laboratory experience, preferably in cannabis willing to work long hours. Attention to detail, knowledge of quality control and ability to adhere to SOPs are all crucial. Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a passion for the cannabis industry are also important for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of lab processes and packaging, which can include but are not limited to various aspects of: Packaging, Washing, Filling, Pressing Formulating, solventless extraction, hydrocarbon, post-processing, winterization, filtration, rotary evaporation, and distillation

• Maintain freeze dryers

• Cleaning and preventive maintenance of all equipment, tools, and work areas

• Escalate any technical issues related to processes or equipment to their Supervisor

• Maintain safe and efficient production, working with delicate and expensive equipment

• Maintain accurate records for all production phase steps, using paper and electronic logs, METRC/Biotrack track-and-trace, and Odoo ERP

• Meet or exceed production goals with few to no errors

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move more than 40 pounds regularly throughout the workday.

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Minimum Requirements:

• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.

• 2+ years of experience in a laboratory or production environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Receptive to feedback and continuous learning.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Details:

• Location: Albany, NY

• Reports To: Jonathan Mojarro, General Manager

• On-Site Requirements: 5 days per week in the lab

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• Compensation: $25.00 to $27.00, per hour
