Job DetailsJob Location: Northwest Branch - Albany, OR 97321Salary Range: $18.50 - $19.50 HourlyAbout the Role VSI is seeking a reliable and motivated Night Shift Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll be cross-trained across multiple warehouse functions and play a key part in ensuring accurate, efficient operations. This is a fast-paced environment where teamwork, attention to detail, and dependability are essential. This shift starts at 6:00 p.m.  What You’ll Do Perform a variety of warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control Operate scanner guns and other warehouse tools and equipment Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas Ensure all work meets VSI quality standards and productivity goals Follow all safety policies and warehouse procedures Assist with refrigeration unit duties and product stocking as needed Use computers for data entry, inventory tracking, and reporting (as required) Collaborate with team members, vendors, and management to support operations Maintain professional conduct, strong attendance, and reliability Work overtime as needed What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED required 1+ year of warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) Team-oriented with the ability to work independently Strong problem-solving skills and good judgment Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly Ability to move heavier items (up to 2,000 lbs) using equipment Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures and moderate to high noise levels Work Environment This is a safety-sensitive position where attention to safety is critical.
