Shop Technician

Job DetailsJob Location: ALBANY TERMINAL - Albany, GA 31721Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for vehicle maintenance of tractor-trailers and repair on all company vehicles as needed General knowledge and mechanical skills Reliable transportation Basic hand tools Be able to lift to 70lbs (Over 70lbs team lift required Basic Computer Skills requires (Diagnostic computer skills a plus) Able to work a 50-hour work week including on-call weekends (occasionally) Preventive Maintenance Work required Must be trained in basic air brake and ABS functions and diagnostic QualificationsKnowledge and Skills: One-year mechanical experience required Education and Work Experience: Class A CDL with Hazmat preferred Petroleum Tank repair experience and certifications are highly preferred   Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
