Who We Need
Our business and team are growing. We are currently hiring a Wildlife and Exclusion Technician who can learn quickly, digest technical information, and thrive working in a team environment.

Our Wildlife and Exclusion Technicians play a pivotal role in our commitment to relationship-based pest management. Collaborating with both residential and commercial clients, responsibilities include: 
  • Inspecting residential and commercial properties

  • Identifying wildlife entry points and activity

  • Trapping and resolving nuisance wildlife issues

  • Performing exclusion work to prevent future infestations

  • Completing light carpentry repairs and metal fabrication (using a brake)

  • Communicating clearly with customers and teammates

  • Utilizing mobile technology for documentation and reporting

This is a hands-on, problem-solving role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, learning technical skills, and delivering excellent customer service.

Compensation
  • $45,000 - $65,000 annual earning potential, beginning at $23.00, depending on experience level
Sign On Bonus: $2,000 total, paid in three installments: $1,000 after 30 days of active employment, $500 after 90 days of active employment and $500 after 180 days of active employment.

Requirements to become a Wildlife and Exclusion Technician
  • 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong construction background, such as roofing, siding, and building.
  • Willingness to travel up to one hour from our service area each day, with the ability to return home at the end of every shift
  • Ability to work full-time with the potential for overtime during May - September
Physical Demands of Wildlife and Exclusion Technicians
While performing job responsibilities, technicians will frequently engage in activities such as lifting, walking, and crawling. Individuals should be capable of reaching with hands and arms, climbing on ladders, kneeling, and crawling. Applicants must possess the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and should be comfortable working on ladders up to 40 feet. Technicians should anticipate working in various climates. We provide proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and thorough training to ensure a safe working environment.
