Many of the innovative programs and vital services that we offer are not available elsewhere.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our patient‑focused doctor’s office. As part of our team, you will play a meaningful role in positively impacting the health and well‑being of our community. This position offers an excellent work–life balance with daytime hours, no weekends, and no major holidays, all within a supportive multidisciplinary team environment.

We are searching for a fulltime LPN to join our Center Health Clinic.

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) – Doctor’s Office

Location: Albany, NY

Schedule: Daytime hours only — no weekends, no major holidays

Position Type: Full-Time

Team Environment: Multidisciplinary care team

Responsibilities:

• Contributes to the Mission of the Center, nursing department and assigned program by providing nursing services to the individuals they serve and assisting the RN in the assessment of individuals needs. 
• They follow the philosophy of Center Health Care (CHC) Clinic and adhere to policies and procedures as they pertain to the delivery of nursing services.
• Coordinate care with physicians, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse New York State Licensed is required.  This license must be maintained at all times.
• Maintains CPR for the Professional Rescuer Certification at all times.
• At least 1 year of job related experience required.

Must be at least 18 years old to apply for this position. Must be able to able to lift 50  pounds independently.
