Summary of Role
We are seeking a Marketing Associate to support our Marketing & Communications team by delivering high‑quality, executional support across a range of initiatives. This entry‑level role is designed for an organized, detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment and is eager to build foundational marketing skills.
The Marketing Associate plays an important role in helping the team respond quickly to business needs while maintaining consistency, quality, and brand standards.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
Develop, edit, and format PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks for internal and external audiences
Provide video production support, including basic editing, formatting, and resizing
Create and update presentation, event, and meeting materials on tight timelines
Support marketing initiatives with production, coordination, and administrative assistance
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials
Minimum Job Qualifications
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation development
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative mindset and willingness to support a variety of projects
Intellectually curious and a quick learner
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Design
Internship or early‑career experience in marketing, communications, or creative support
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point and Work. Familiarity with basic design or video tools (e.g., Adobe, Canva, Vimeo or similar platforms)
Starting Compensation: $20.68-$24.84/hr. plus a competitive benefits package.
Bilingual individuals who are fluent in a second language in addition to English are highly encouraged to apply.
