Description:

At Phoebe's new Critical Care & Trauma Tower, the Director leads the Critical Care units, Cardiology step down unit, Dialysis unit while coordinating with other departments to provide maximum level of total care for patients.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required)

Work Experience: 3 or more years healthcare management experience in critical care setting (Required)

Licenses and Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) with current Georgia license, AHA BLS & ACLS (Required)

Essential Functions: Directs the coordination of care across setting and among caregivers. Engages in teamwork as a team player and a team builder. Serves in key roles at work through shared decision making. Defines a clear vision including goals and plans and measures progress. Promotes nursing through participation in professional organizations. Accountable for individual practice and delegation to provide optimum care. Practices with compassion and respect.
