Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile, highly skilled Lead Project Manager Carpenter to oversee and execute residential construction projects of all sizes. In this dual-role position, you will balance on-site leadership and project administration (estimating, scheduling, helper oversight) with hands-on carpentry work ranging from new house construction to minor handyman repairs.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Estimating: Generate detailed cost estimates, procure materials, manage timelines, and keep projects on budget.

Site Leadership: Direct, supervise, and train helpers and laborers, maintaining strict quality control and jobsite safety.

Craftsmanship: Perform high-quality structural framing, finish carpentry, window/door installations, dry-rot repairs, and everyday handyman troubleshooting.

Client Relations: Serve as the primary on-site contact, providing regular updates to property owners.

Qualifications & Requirements

Comprehensive experience in residential carpentry and handyman services.

Prior experience in project management, estimating, or running job sites.

Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Valid driver’s license and personal work vehicle capable of hauling gear.

Must possess standard personal power and hand tools.
