Here at Lakeside Foods, our maintenance technician team is the backbone of our operations, ensuring equipment runs optimally while maintaining the facility. Maintenance mechanics/technicians are respected “Jack of All Trades” team members, performing mechanical and/or fabrication updates and using their knowledge to continuously improve production processes. What You’ll Get:

Pay Range

Mechanic Plant $21.00 - $27.54 per hour based on education and experience.
Mechanic Senior $24.01 - $31.48
Master Mechanic $27.39 - 35.98

What You’ll Do:

Repair and maintain a wide variety of food processing machinery and conveyers
Assist production staff to produce high quality vegetables by following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

What You’ll Bring:

Prior experience with mechanical maintenance preferred
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Be willing to obtain or possess a current Minnesota boilers operator license – onsite training available
Positive attitude
Strong work ethic
Safety mindset
