A Shift, Up Close

You'll start by getting a clear picture of the unit-quick updates, a look at priorities, and a plan for smooth coverage. Throughout the day, you'll check in with residents and teammates, answer questions, and help remove barriers so care stays on track. You'll spend time coordinating with other departments and communicating updates to families when needed. Between moments of hands-on support, you'll keep notes current and help the team stay organized as needs change. You'll wrap up by ensuring key information is passed along so the next shift feels prepared and supported.

Benefits That Support You

We offer Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, plus Life Insurance. You'll also have access to a 401(k), Paid Time Off, Employee Discounts, and a Competitive Salary.
