THE INS AND OUTS OF THE ROLE

As our Production Manager, your day kicks off with a strategic review of the production schedule and team alignment. You lead with confidence, ensuring that safety protocols and quality standards are meticulously followed. Throughout your shift, you monitor production lines, tackle challenges head-on, and provide valuable feedback and coaching to your team. You manage time and attendance, oversee final product inspections, and ensure everything meets our high standards before wrapping up the day.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE

• 2+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor
• Production and quality control experience
• Ability to coach, correct, and provide feedback on behavior and performance
• Strong leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and people skills
• A keen eye for detail
