For the past 40 years Thorne Crest has provided seniors with lifestyle choices from independent and assisted living to skilled care and rehab. Job Summary: SLP shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician. QualificationsEducation and Licensure: Must have a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
